The Artist Talks event was held within the scope of the exhibition series prepared by the artists involved in the Atölye Cer project, implemented in cooperation with the Art for Goodness Association and Ege Yapı. Hakan Cingöz, Tolga Turan and Şevket Sönmez, who took part in the first series exhibition held in the Atelier Cer project, talked about their works and their perspectives on art.
Hakan Cingöz, Tolga Turan and Şevket Sönmez, the artists who took part in the first exhibition of the ongoing series at Atölye Cer, shared their works, perspectives on art, and their experiences and knowledge about art life. Art critic Ali Şimşek was among the participants in the conversation with the participation of members of the Art for Goodness Association, residents of the Cer Istanbul project, workshop artists and many art lovers.
After the conversation held at Atölye Cer, the first project in Turkey to be implemented on a construction site within the Cer Istanbul project, the guests toured the exhibition. Many works from the exhibition, followed with interest by collectors from Cer Istanbul, also found buyers.
The Atölye Cer project, implemented in cooperation with Ege Yapı, which takes care to make the value it gives to art visible in the buildings it develops, and the Art for Goodness Association, which contributes to the development of the art environment in Turkey, continues to host the works of distinguished artists. With the Atölye Cer project implemented in the Historical Peninsula, the need for workshops for the artistic production of young and talented artists is met while providing the necessary environment for the transmission of art, a cultural heritage, for generations.
