Yeşim Kale’s 5th solo exhibition “Colored People, Black and White Words” was presented to art lovers with an opening cocktail at Kuzguncuk Yeşim Kale Art Gallery on May 7, 2022.
There is an unexplored universe in the inner worlds of people. Each of them is colorful, the adjectives of each are different, and they are all precious. However, they do not use many colors in communication. Sometimes they talk to themselves, sometimes to their families and society through black and white words. They don’t tell them about their color because they are afraid of not being understood.
Very few people are aware of the colors of their inner world and can show it. Despite their social pressures and fears, they reveal these colors through their talents. They adopt painting, sculpture, music, literature, etc. As their work and embody the abstract colors in their inner world.
Yeşim Kale reveals people’s psychological and social world with metaphors in the exhibition “Colored People, Black and White Words.”
Yeşim Kale’s 5th solo exhibition “Colored People, Black and White Words” can be visited at Kuzguncuk Yeşim Kale Art Gallery between 7 May – 07 June 2022.
